Students at our school are bright, curious and eager to learn. These students come from various backgrounds and are offered options such as classrooms for gifted students.
My students are passionate about learning about Drama, Dance and Music and have a clear desire to educate themselves more in these areas everyday at school.
Through musicals, plays, showcases and presentations the kids learn skills such as public-speaking, team work, time management and gain confidence.
My Project
This project will provide additional materials for our performing arts classroom and theatre productions. Drama, dance and music are fantastic ways to bring students out of their shell, build confidence and teach important life skills such as public-speaking, teamwork, leadership and discipline.
Textbooks, classroom materials and show necessities including theatrical seating, lighting, microphones, costumes, makeup, props and more would allow the students to receive a professional theatrical experience before they even graduate.
This will prepare them for college & beyond.
