This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I love that my students are happy to come to my classroom and they are all ready to learn. They are always willing to try new ideas. Each individual student has an individual need and I’m willing to learn each and every need for my students. I love seeing each smiling face every day that I get to teach!
I have the pleasure of teaching Pre-K through 6th grade throughout the week.
creative learning is key for such a big age difference. Every child loves to make, build, and create!
My Project
Maker space is a place where students can come and be as creative as they please. I have had several students ask for paint and paint brushes in order to create their own book covers with popping color! We would also use the paint to make posters for our hallways!
My students can also use the paint and paint brushes as a way to learn different colors, shapes, and sizes.
This project will also help them learn the responsibility of staying in the lines with painting. I will help my students learn how to clean paint brushes and containers and be respectful and not wasteful.
