My Project
As a dedicated Social Studies teacher, I’m working to create a classroom environment that not only deepens students’ understanding of history and civic life but also builds essential literacy and writing skills. I’m seeking donations to help update our curriculum with engaging, standards-aligned materials that promote critical thinking, reading comprehension, and written expression.
These resources will also support an inquiry-based approach to learning, where students investigate compelling questions, analyze primary and secondary sources, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
This method not only makes history more meaningful and relevant, but it also empowers students to become curious, informed, and active participants in their world. Inquiry-driven learning fosters deeper engagement, encourages discussion, and builds the confidence students need to express their ideas in writing.
Your support will directly impact their learning journey—thank you for helping us grow!
