My Project

I teach an incredible group of 8th-grade students. Many face challenges outside of school, but they show up with so much potential—and with the right tools, they’re capable of achieving amazing things. Your support doesn't just provide supplies: it helps my students believe in themselves and their ability to succeed. Your support will directly equip my students with the tools they need for a successful school year. Folders will help them stay organized and build responsibility for their work. Notebooks and pencils will support our use of Cornell-style note-taking that teaches students how to identify key ideas, ask critical questions, and summarize their learning. And headphones will allow for differentiated instruction—I've created supplemental videos to support students who need extra help with our history content, so everyone can learn at their own pace.
