it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every child deserves to walk into a classroom that feels like a place of possibility. A space where they are equipped, supported, and seen. My students come to school ready to learn, but too often, we lack the most basic tools—pencils, paper, folders, and organizational materials—that turn that readiness into real growth.
Many of my students face challenges beyond their control: financial hardship, food insecurity, limited access to books or quiet study spaces at home.
Despite this, they show up each day with energy and hope. I want to meet their determination with dignity—by giving them the supplies they need to succeed.
These materials will not only support academics but will also help create structure, reduce stress, and build a classroom where every student feels prepared and included. With your help, we can ensure no child has to feel left out or fall behind because of something as small as not having a notebook or working pen.
