My students arrive at school and they are ready to learn however they need pencils to get started.
My students attend a Title One School in the city of Brotherly Love.
They are an energetic group of fifth grade students who want to learn but need supplies in order to thrive. Every kid gets free breakfast and lunch. They are very helpful and eager to learn.
My Project
I will use chart paper for anchor charts so that children can view it at anytime of the day. On the computer, they will print their stories to be copied later. They need pencils and erasers for every subject so that they can be successful because many times they do not have the necessary supplies.
My classroom will be improved because the children will have the anchor charts as a visual that will be available to them throughout the day.
The students will be ready to begin the lesson because they will have sharpened pencils ready for them.
