Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are awesome kids, but unfortunately their families have very little money and some are asylum seekers new to this country with no school supplies.
Providing my students with these basic classroom supplies such as PENCILS, paper, ink, pens, and markers will make a huge difference in each student feeling prepared for their daily tasks.
Every student needs multiple pencils for their daily work at school, colored pens to correct their work, paper for creating projects, dry erase markers for use on their dry erase boards, and printer ink to print worksheets and projects.
Supplies is something I don't want my students to have to worry about when they come to school. School is a place to learn, make mistakes, erase their mistakes with their new pencils, and keep trying.
