Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students work hard every day, and I want to celebrate their effort and improvement especially on tests and quizzes. Small rewards like colorful pencils and fun toppers help encourage them to keep trying, even when the material gets tough.
These simple items bring smiles and boost confidence.
They’re a fun way to say, “I see your hard work, and it matters.” Many of my students don’t have access to extra supplies, so these rewards also help meet basic needs.
With your support, I’ll create a reward bin filled with motivational pencils and cute pencil toppers (animals, emojis, etc.).
