My Project
My school is located in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood in Brooklyn. We are a small community school to a diverse population of students. Many families are new to the country and committed to giving their children the very best public school has to offer.
Often, the basics while necessary for a successful school day, are often left behind.
In my math classroom, students will use pencils, dry erase markers, and erasers daily. It is our motto, "Mistakes are proof that we are learning."
By providing access to these everyday basic supplies, you are ensuring that my students will be 100% prepared to tackle the school day. All they have to do is bring their brain and enthusiasm.
