Pencils and Ink, Oh My!

My Project

It seems ridiculous, but yes, I have to ask donors to get pencils for my classroom. The students that attend my school come from low-income families and since schools are funded based on property taxes, we are a low-income school. It's left to the teachers to provide the supplies the students need, and I just can't spend any more.

Pencils and ink are basic needs that each classroom has.

Sometimes students come to school with the same clothes from yesterday and no supplies. By providing them with pencils, I can take one thing off of their mind. Also, plans change! Sometimes I need to print something quickly that will help a student understand what's being taught. I have provided my own printer and ink, but we are going through ink quickly. Help us, please!
