Our classroom is busting at the seams with students, but not necessarily the supplies we need! Our class is a self-contained classroom of twenty 3rd graders and eleven 4th graders. We are part of an urban district where students come from all over the city to attend class at our K-8 school.
As a 3rd/4th split classroom with 31 students, we do our best to use our supplies wisely. Even with that it can be hard to keep up with what we need.
We would love to have a strong pencil sharpener so we don't have to leave the room to keep up with our needs. The bulletin boards will be used for interactive displays that can be moved with students as they work in small groups. The colored copy paper will help us with our foldable projects and graphic organizers that we create. It will also help us to keep up with parent communications and resources for our class.
By providing these supplies, you are helping our classroom to have basic items that help make learning more interactive and students more independent. At the 3rd and 4th grade levels, we are working hard to help students be aware of the power they have within themselves! Thank you so much for considering our request!
