My Project

Over the summer my classroom has gone through a drastic change. I have improved the room's design by painting, adding wallpaper, and getting new tables and chairs. The tennis balls will keep the new chairs from being loud on the floor and the surge protectors will allow students to charge their Chromebooks during instructional time.

A quiet and powered environment will definitely help my students be successful learners in the classroom.

Often times students struggle to stay on task when a classroom is noisy and the tennis balls for the feet of the chairs will ensure that we do not have any unwanted noise/distraction in the room. In addition to noise being a distraction, the lack of a charged Chromebook can be a huge stressor for students. By allowing them to charge during class, students can stay caught up on their work and feel confident that their Chromebook will not die on them.
