Peace and Music: Keep Music Alive

My students need a bass drum pedal, crash cymbals, suspended cymbal and hand bells for a new hand bell ensemble.

My Students

My students really want to properly use their drum set. That is not possible with our a bass drum pedal or cymbals. I have students eager to learn the hand bells for our new hand bell ensemble.

Our students are very poor.

They come to music wanting more and more each day. They are all very hard workers and love music class. We sell out each concert and the parents support the music program and always want more. I plan on starting a jazz band and hand bell ensemble. The students need music as a positive in their life.

My Project

The bass drum pedal and cymbals will help us use the equipment we already have. I have many students wanting to start the hand bells but we do not have any. My students will use these instruments on a daily basis. Helping me helps out over 950 students in general music, band and jazz band.

This project will make a huge difference for my students.

My last project did not get funded but was very close. These instruments will touch so many lives. Music means the world to me and my students.
