My Project

My Students will be participating in PBIS. This means Positive Behavior Incentive System. These art supplies, games, prizes and candy will help keep my students motivated. My students will be able to earn points to purchase the use of these items. Students will practice: PRIDE (Preparation, Respect, Integrity, Diligence and Empathy. Students will earn these points throughout the day. They will wear badges and when the show examples of “Pride” they will have their badges scanned and accumulate points to purchase Art time, Game Time, Candy and Prizes. I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are being held accountable for making good choices. They are more engaged, and are becoming part of our positive classroom community. I have seen how first hand how the components of “Pride” are positively affecting my students work and demeanor and hope that these great supplies will help motivate them.
