it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school is committed to fostering a positive learning environment through our PBIS (positive behavioral interventions and supports) rewards program. To keep our students engaged and motivated, we want to provide exciting incentives that they can earn by demonstrating Safe, Organized, Accountability, and Respect (SOAR). We are seeking support to stock our PBIS store with fun and appealing prizes like snacks, mechanical pencils, novelties, and water bottles. These items will be available for all students TK-5th grade. All students shop the SOAR Store every Thursday to redeem their points.
When students are recognized and rewarded for their efforts, they feel valued and motivated to continue making good choices.
Providing a variety of incentives ensures that all students have something exciting to work toward, helping to reinforce positive behavior in a meaningful way.
