My Project
My students are eager to meet expectations in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria and schoolwide. As we work to build intrinsic motivators, students are extrinsically motivated by trading their SOAR points for school store on Friday. The items on my list are the most commonly selected by my students.
My students are tomorrow's future and through the use of school store we are learning the importance of safety, showing ownership of our learning, being achievement oriented and being respectful daily.
When we have an off day, or bad day we always have the opportunity to reset, refocus and try again. We are learning to SOAR!
