Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Items (blankets, snacks & drinks) in this project will be used as rewards for student to purchase in our student store with points they earn for positive choices at school. Points are awarded by teachers as recognition for making good choices.
PBIS at our middle school provides incentives and rewards for students at school.
This allows for positive reinforcement of our school expectations and leading to academic success.
Part of being a Jaguar is showing PRIDE - P for positive, R for respect, I for integrity, D for dedication, and E for excellence. When a student shows any one or all 5 aspects of JAG PRIDE then they are awarded points to spend in the student store.
