Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In the classroom, rewards serve many purposes. They can be a great way to boost a student's self-esteem, encourage positive behavior, and help motivate students. I believe that encouraging students to make good choices includes providing rewards that they can enjoy and utilize inside the classroom or outside the classroom.
Students will earn these different incentives based on their behavior, participation, following classroom procedures, completing required tasks, and supporting one other.
These rewards will be a great way to ensure that my students are motivated to stay on task and do their job to the best of their ability. I believe these incentives will show extreme results in my students' performance, desire to learn, and overall classroom experience.
