This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The resources I’m requesting will support Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in our classroom. PBIS helps us promote positive behavior through reinforcement, leading to academic and social success.

Incentives and rewards like snacks, and drinks will be used to encourage positive behavior, motivating students to work harder.

These resources will give my students concrete, visual, and tactile reinforcements, helping them connect their efforts with positive outcomes.

My goal is to create a supportive classroom where students thrive both academically and socially. I aim to:

1. increase positive behavior through PBIS.

2. Build self-regulation skills to help students manage emotions and focus on learning.

3. Provide individualized support so that all students feel valued and capable of success.
