My Project

In our 5th grade classroom, we use PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) to create a positive, structured learning environment. My students earn Cheetah Cash for demonstrating behaviors like responsibility, respect, and readiness. This reward system helps reinforce strong character and encourages students to make great choices every day.

To keep students motivated, we run a class store where they can spend their Cheetah Cash on fun and meaningful prizes.

The store is not just a treat — it's a tool that supports goal setting, decision-making, and positive reinforcement.

Through this project, I’m hoping to stock our store with popular student incentives like candy, snacks, markers, fidget toys, and mochis. These small rewards have a big impact on student engagement and behavior, helping create a joyful and focused classroom.
