Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These items will help incentivize all of the students at Northside Elementary through our PBIS system. These items are sought after goodies that they student’s can exchange their Indian Bucks for good behavior, excelling, and being role models for the campus as a whole. These items are the ones that will be help in high regard as a campus and talked about for days. With these supplies we will be able to increase student morale, attendance, and so much more!
Positive rewards and incentives are a key factor in today’s educational world.
