This semester I want to start a Dojo Store for all of the Kindergarteners at my school since the Spring semester is when we start learning more about financial literacy in our curriculum. I think that having school "money" and a store will really help the concepts we are trying to teach stick better.
This project is for fidgets, slime, and other various prizes that our students will be able to buy with the school money that they earn.
We will be teaching the students the importance of saving, investing, and then spending what is left over.
I can't wait to see how this helps our Kindergarteners learn more about money and financial literacy along the way.
