My Project

All students go from class to class with various teachers and expectations. Middle school is difficult to navigate between friends, teachers, homework, and home life.

Help me make my classroom an inviting place for all students to come and check in with me!

When students check in with me, they are able to advocate their needs and ensure all IEP accommodations are being met. Checking in allows me to ensure all students are in a safe headspace and give support on regulating emotions and coping strategies.

My goal is to make my classroom a supportive place with inviting lighting, calming wall colors, and pretty decorations.
