Pau-Wa-Lu Yearbook and Photography Class

Help me give my students the opportunity to display their creative photography prints. These prints will display the skills they are developing in both taking as well as editing their photos. Students are creating collages of students life.

My Project

Students will be using these photography supplies to develop their skills in taking quality photos, editing their photos in creative ways, and ultimately displaying their work. Photography is an essential element in creating a memorable Yearbook and this year is special for Pau-Wa-Lu as it is our school's 30th anniversary. Our Yearbook staff has lofty goals for developing a Yearbook that effectively captures three decades of history, memories and tradition.

The photography equipment that would be purchased with this generous grant will enable the Yearbook staff to create the professional grade photographs that are at the heart of a memorable Yearbook.

The frames will be used to market and sell student created images and photo collages at our annual fundraiser for electives, The Night of Artistry, which will be held next month. The funds raised at this event will go to the Yearbook account to help fund future equipment needs as we build our program and establish a tradition of excellence for future classes to follow.
