it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My school is a small, welcoming school, and building a strong community is one of our top priorities.
Our students are good, but during recess, there’s not much they can do.
Our students don’t have a playground, which has been a dream for many of the little ones. They spend recess in a gated empty parking lot. Please help us get sports equipment to make recess more fun!
Our students like to play volleyball and soccer. This school year, they even won the network-wide championship in volleyball. They often ask to borrow a volleyball and a soccer ball from the gym class so they can play during recess. Fulfilling this project would give our students the equipment they need and are excited to play with.
