This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As required by our district, our school has been using interactive notebooks this year, which requires a lot of paper. Our office has had paper on order for several days, but the order is still not approved, and she does not know how much longer. Teachers are asking for more paper to refill the notebooks with, and we just don't have any.

These notebooks are used in all subject areas, especially in English and social studies classes.

Most of our students come from difficult or low-income backgrounds and they deserve to have access to supplies as much as any school.
