Help me give my students new construction paper! I usually cut the paper in half to get more pieces out of it. I have approximately 500 students!

My Project
Our elementary art students are full of creativity and eager to express themselves through art, but we are running low on essential, foundational supplies like construction paper.
This project aims to provide them with the materials they need to explore their imaginations and practice important skills like identifying shapes, cutting, gluing, and color coordination, to create vibrant artwork that fosters a sense of pride and accomplishment.
One common project is collage-making, which we do at this point in the year, where children (K-4) cut and glue various colored pieces of construction paper to create images like animals, landscapes, or abstract designs. This helps develop fine motor skills and encourages spatial awareness. Fourth grade, in particular, is working on a project for Black History Month where they are designing a portrait personal to their lives. Other projects we do are paper mosaics and picture frames.
My students are a large group of diverse, hardworking students who come from backgrounds where opportunities for artistic exploration are limited. With these supplies, we can affordably nurture their creativity, and give them the tools to shine, building their confidence and love for learning through art.
