FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Thomas's classroom raised $352

Help us paint portraits like Picasso! I am a high school Spanish teacher teaching grades 9-11 at a high needs school in New York City.
I would love to incorporate a Picasso lesson when I teach colors and shapes this fall. After showing different examples, I will have my students "paint" their own portraits. Our school has a very limited number of supplies however, making this project more challenging.
I need basic art and craft supplies including markers, crayons, colored pencils, construction paper, scissors and glue sticks. This project will be an introduction into both Spanish language and culture for my students, and jump start their interest in a subject I love to teach.
Your help will ensure my students have a lesson balanced with language, grammar, and culture.
