I am requesting paint pens and sealer to paint rock to be used in our garden as borders for our plants.
We have had a fenced garden for over 10 years.
We are at the point where we need to revamp the garden and update the beds. The plan is for the third grade classes to design a garden bed using measurements to calculate the perimeter and area. They will use the paint pens to decorate a border for their bed.
Student groups will be assigned bug or bird to study to help them decide what types of flowers we will need to plant in the garden so we can attract pollinators. They will write a report on their findings and will present the information to the class. We will then use the information gathered from the reports to plant flowers to attract the pollinators.
