My Project
Every year my students are the most excited about and invested in painted art projects. At our school with nearly 800 students those supplies don’t last long especially paint and paper products. In my classroom we use these supplies to learn the basics of color theory, color mixing and other skills that can be used throughout their education and life.
Creative kids are content kids.
When children spend time creating it relaxes them and prepares them to take on the other stresses of the day. I have seen even the most irrational and overwhelmed children find a sense of calm while creating.
