This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are sweet Kindergarteners who love to use art as a way to express their thoughts and ideas. By providing my students with art supplies you are giving them an enriching classroom where they can be free to express who they are.

The art supplies not only help give students creative freedom, but also help develop a child's fine motor skills.

My students need a healthy and creative outlet to explore the world around them. Art supplies such as the paint will be used to add engaging aspects to lessons as well as teach students about their world, their culture, and other cultures.

Other art supplies such as scissors, wood sticks, and scratch paper will be used in various ways throughout the year to add creativity to what we learn. For example, as we learn more about letters I want students to have hands-on opportunities that allow them to explore each letter.
