Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With the end of the year quickly approaching, it is time for me to reward my students for all the hard work they have done this year! Still coming off Covid 19, the set back was prominent. Despite all of the obstacles, my students have been able to show an immense amount of growth since the beginning of the school year.
My students' perseverance and dedication to their school work has truly left me speechless, and deserves to be honored and rewarded through a special class celebration.
This celebration will be a paint and sip.
All of the materials requested for this project will be used during our DIY classroom paint and sip! The canvases and canvas stands will be used alongside the paint brushes and palettes to complete their paintings. I have included their favorite fruit punch for them to sip on while we complete the guided painting! Finally, the Clorox wipes will be used for easy cleanup!
This celebration is a small way that I can show how incredibly proud I am of each of them and how much I truly appreciate them. I know it will be something that they will remember forever and I am grateful to be able to provide this opportunity for each of them.
