Covid-19 has impacted learning, and classroom teachers are challenged to make learning more relevant and engaging. Classrooms have entered an era where digital learning is necessary and students need computer access. My class has access to 31 Chromebooks, but in a couple of classes, I have 32 students. It is my goal to acquire the additional Chromebook so that each student has one to use on a daily basis. Also, I am seeking to add sets of novels to my classroom library to host literature circles for my students. They will use technology to communicate with their book group partners. This is something we can do from home, if needed, which is an advancement from when schools shut down due to the pandemic.
