This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want the students to be able to record their daily work in these notebooks. This will enable them to compare their work, see the progress they are making. The other goal is they be able to develop handwriting skills, be able to be proud of their work. The exercise books will create a consistency in their learning structure. Right now, they work on worksheets that are lost or torn or not taken care of.

My students come from low-income immigrant families.

These notebooks will help them feel special.

They are smart, amazing student who have so much potential to progress and grow. I want to be able to provide the learning resources they deserve to see their greatness.

This resource is a simple change that can bring a huge shift in their mindset.
