Overcoming Tough Times

Help me give my students classroom where they understand their emotions, make wise choices which enable them to mature and learn. We need a variety of books to make this happen.

My Project

Daily, children come to school carrying heavy baggage. It can just be a bad morning or it can come from traumatic experiences. I want to be able to help children process their emotions in a safe environment. It is surprising how just giving them a few minutes to process these tough emotions can help them to move forwards in their day and learning.

This project will help my students to face tough emotions, understand them, make healthy choices and be successful!

Learning will become fun, enjoyable and instead of "I can't!" there will be growth, independent learning and students successfully facing challenges! We need a variety of books!
