The funding of this project will allow my students to have access to supplies and snacks that will help them improve their social-emotional and academic learning outcomes. I am hoping to use these items to better engage students in lessons and to be able to reward them for their behavior and learning.
I have chosen these particular resources with specific students and how they need support in mind.
Each of the families of these students has been impacted by various weather events, including tornados and storms, in our state and they need additional support in supporting their students.
The resources I have included in this project include materials to improve literacy outcomes through ABA services, snacks that will meet the physical needs of students, sensory items to help students remain in focused in class, and storage items to help us better organize resources so instructional time is focused on students.
