Over and Under, We Need Help Regulating Our Senses!

My Students

Thank you for showing an interest in supporting my students! My class is for students with Severe Intellectual Disabilities, Severe Autism, and students who have chronic medical concerns. Right now, I only have 4 students in my class because of these concerns. Most of my students have Epilepsy on top of their Autism or their Intellectual Disabilities.

My students have HIGH sensory needs!

If you could meet my students, you would immediately fall in love! Despite their medical concerns, they have great optimism and are ALWAYS happy!

My Project

In my classroom, our sensory needs are all over the spectrum. With the addition of liquid fusion activity tiles to our sensory play area, my students will have a fun way to dance out their stress while they watch the colors change beneath their feet! Having that multi-sensory way to play will really help with regulating under-stimulation! That's also why we need the sensory chews! Under-stimulation leads to chewing on EVERYTHING, and this will be a much more productive way to channel that need!

While some students are under-stimulated and need multi-sensory toys to help regulate, some are over-stimulated and need help with calming down and taking a break.

That's where the weighted sensory blankets and the sensory sacks come in! These products will help my students to take a break from their hectic days and just chill!
