My students need a Heavy-Duty Spacemaker Storage Unit and bins to house and organize all our supplies for art and creative writing. They also need scissors, beads and tape.

My Students
My students do not have sturdy shelves to hold all the supplies needed to make a kindergarten classroom organized.
My students are rowdy but very creative and loving kindergarteners.
They love to make a mess which they clean up, and make all kinds of creations. They come from all types of backgrounds. Some of them are never taught how to clean and organize anything.
My Project
Having an area with a shelf that can house all the items we need that will allow for creativity but is clearly laid out and easy to clean up is vital for my room. We have used smaller and less efficient shelving but it always falls apart and doesn't have all the little bins and small paper shelves needed to organize a kindergarten classroom. I am requesting a shelf and clear bins to help improve our organization skills. It is sturdy and having the clear bins will make it even easier for small children to visually see where to put their supplies. Having these bins will also allow my students to have more options to choose the materials they use, like the beads, stickers, and stamps.
My hope is to create an area where my kids can release their creative juices without restraint, giving them a life lesson in organization and an internal pride of our room that is just as important to teach as our curriculum.
