Outdoor Play Storage for Our Young Learners!

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our Pre-K class is fun, energetic, kind, ready to explore, and smart. They are ready to learn new ideas, help each other out, and have fun playing together. Our young students really love to go outside and play. In Pre-K we have to provide our students with daily experiences for gross motor development and play. We currently have a few items for outdoor gross motor play in our classroom. However, we don't have any proper storage for these items. We currently carry the outdoor items we have in different bags which makes it so cumbersome as we travel to the playground.

A mobile equipment storage cart will help us to store the outdoor play items we currently have and travel with them effortlessly to our outdoor play area.

Our young learners will be able to easily access the items inside the cart and we can keep everything stored neatly in one place. Having this mobile equipment storage cart will teach the students how to be organized and responsible when it is time to clean up and return items back to the cart.

Having a mobile equipment storage cart will make our outdoor gross motor time so much more organized and manageable. Instead of having to carry around multiple bulky bags with items, everything will neatly be stored in our gross motor cart.

We want to thank you so much in advance for helping to give our students the items they need to have an organized gross motor outdoor time experience.
