This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My preschoolers are curious, energetic, and full of wonder — especially when we take our learning outside! To support our outdoor STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) adventures, we’re hoping to add two foldable benches and bags of soil to our space.
My students are special because they are very young learners who are curious and eager to learn.
The benches will give our little scientists a place to sit while we observe nature, sketch what we see, or talk about our discoveries. The soil will help us plant seeds, explore textures, and conduct science experiments in the garden.
These simple materials will make a big difference in giving my students a structured and engaging outdoor learning environment where their creativity and curiosity can flourish!
