Hello! I teach instrumental music to Kindergarten through 8th-grade students. One instrument that my students have fallen in love with is the ukulele! We learn chords, music theory, and songs together and even have mini jam sessions!
My students are bright, eager to learn, and very passionate!
They take on challenges every day, not just at school, but at home and also within the community. Music class is one of the places where they get a chance to be a kid and have fun while creating music together.
My Project
Sheet music, handouts, chord charts, fingering charts, diagrams...all of these things live inside of my students' music class resource binders.
I created the binders over a year ago, and over time, the binders are falling apart.
I've taped them up, glued them up, anything I can do to keep them intact, but the time has come to replace them. My students ask me all the time, "When will we get new binders?" I always tell them, "Soon".
The binders have been a lifesaver because my students have what they need right at their fingertips. New binders will keep students from losing sheet music and other handouts they will need in music class.
