This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love their flexible seating options! These 3rd graders love to move to comfortable places around the room and most of them love the classroom couch. However, over the past 4 years, our current couch is in need of an update due to springs popping and cushions sinking. What better time than spring to get rid of the old and bring in a replacement to keep the kids motivated and comfy?

The low table will promote group activities for reading, math and STEM for those who like the floor options and don't have to bring a clipboard wherever they go.
