My Students

My students are part of a K-12 school where over 40 percent of the students receive free or reduced-price lunches.

Our school excels at testing, despite the obstacles the students have overcome. We are rated as one of the top schools in the state on standardized tests, with our third graders performing far above the other students in the state.

Our students are proud of their achievements and ready to learn and lead as they move into the future.

My Project

The final science unit for our students every year is Space. From the first of the year until the end, the students are constantly begging to start the space unit.

Different levels of reading materials will complete our Space unit.

Our students will benefit from a variety of reading materials about space, from researching about faraway planets and black holes to discovering more about our own planet earth. Immersing these students in non-fiction literature will fulfill their dreams of soaring inside a rocketship into outer space. How exciting to be teaching the students that will soon be exploring worlds beyond our own.
