Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergartners are ready to blast off into learning this summer! This fun, hands-on summer space unit for my kindergarteners will build critical early STEM, math, literacy, and fine motor skills. My students will explore space by discovering planets and stars through stories and songs, developing math problem solving skills, and building fine motor skills with rocket crafts and moon sand. Blending learning with play, this project will ignite curiosity, creativity, and teamwork as our classroom becomes a space station for curiosity and discovery.
With these materials, Constellations Planetarium Planets Stars Projector,ArtCreativity Mini Bendable Astronaut Figurines, and we can create an out-of-this-world learning experience that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
