My Project
Our Kindergarten students having been exploring how to use their iPads this year and are ready to transition to learning how they work. The first step of this is introducing them to the world of computer science.
Kodable is an amazing program that helps young students learn about the early processes of coding in an approachable and fun way.
By using age appropriate graphics and concepts they understand, students start to discover how sequencing, loops, and variables change how a function works.
This is one of the few programs that is compatible with their iPads. As a result, it is one of the few programs my K students will have access to.
