Help me give my students various science kits to explore their environment/climate around them and discover new solutions to different issues that are important to them.

My Project

Our world is an amazing place and my students love to investigate all around them! Learning about hydropower and how it works, climate change and what they can do to help our world through engineering, recycling, and plants are just a few of avenues to explore.

My students are so inquisitive about the world around them and would cherish an opportunity to learn more about their environment, the climate, and what they can do to make it better.

What better way to do this than by investigating and coming up with their own solutions or improving current solutions like true scientists!

Many of my students have not had opportunities to investigate their world due to their socioeconomic backgrounds. We try to do as many experiments in class as possible that lead to some pretty incredible discussions and brainstorming. I encourage my students to become leaders and scientists and they jump at the chance to share what they have learned with others students throughout our Title I school. Thank you for giving them these opportunities to spread their wings and soar!
