This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am lucky to work with a neurodiverse group of students. The post-pandemic conditions have posed a lot of stress on the students at this age. Many of them express that the fluorescent lights bother them and constantly ask to turn off the lights. These lamp covers will be extremely helpful in creating a calm classroom environment where we can pretend to be in a submarine, exploring the ocean of knowledge. Since my students are an adventurous group of young scholars, I am sure they will enjoy this learning experience! Please support our project with your generous help!
