Help me give my students solo collections for all of the instruments in our music program to use for their mandated IB recital of 20 minutes during their 11th and 12th grade years!

My Students

We are starting a brand new school in Cleveland that is centered on the International Baccalaureate curriculum. Our students come from all over Cleveland and represent a dynamic mix of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. The students, however, have one characteristic that truly stands out: their love and eagerness for learning.

As we start our 3rd year, our first with upperclassmen, I need to ready them for their required upperclassmen recital which is mandated by the International Baccalaurate (IB) program.

This requires me to have solo literature on campus that my students can read through and play.

My students are determined and dedicated learners that need assistance to be able to complete the many projects that IB mandates.

My Project

In our school, all music students must perform for a total of 20 minutes in recital before they graduate. These recitals can take place during the students' 11th and 12th grade year. Performing recitals can show student's own successes as a musician and help students prepare for college auditions.

Finding solo materials can be difficult and costly.

Buying solo collections for my students can help them choose what to play. Having a good variet of titles can help students really make a recital that reflects their own artistic voice. In order to provide students in our school with materials for them to choose from, we need your help!
