Our Pre-K Scientists And Mathematicians Need Supplies!
My Pre-K math and science students need various hands-on materials such as graphing paper and materials, tornado tubes, tangram pieces, space sand, an inflatable globe, and binoculars.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach wonderful, inquisitive Pre-K children in a high-need community. They love to explore and learn science and math concepts everyday.
Science and math are often taught hand in hand. Our classroom does not have materials appropriate for little hands. My classroom desperately needs science and math materials so our students can learn these concepts in age appropriate, fun, and engaging activities. Their little hands and minds are curious and ready to learn about the world all around them!
My project needs various hands on science and math materials such as wipe off graphs, measuring tapes, binoculars, life cycle books and games, math games, sand, etc. These materials will help us learn math and science concepts that are developmentally appropriate.
