This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These are some materials and tools that would be very useful for our next unit, which is gardening. In the gardening unit students will learn about plants, flowers, vegetables and how they grow and are harvested. In this unit they should be exposed to the use of gardening tools and the planting process. By having access to these materials, my class will be able to learn in a fun and active way.
My students are children who love to explore and do things with their hands to learn something new.
My goal with this project is to make this unit a fun unit where they have the necessary materials to plant and care for their own little plants.
Hands on and fun activities are the ones kids will remember and I want my students to remember their learning activities in the future.
